Great location, friendly staff, good security, spacious rooms, fresh smelling linen Lovely views from the 49th floor. Don't get 4901 as it's next to the lift. You can hear it going down and up. The area is known for shopping, eating, and unfortunately, also as a hub for the oldest profession in the world.

Free room upgrade was fantastic. great front desk staff. great view of the harbor and 2 min walk to the mall. security was good inside with a key card needed to get to elevators.

This long lockdown forced the facility to close for a long long time. As a result, air conditioners and toilets frequently failed, but the hotel staff made an effort to solve the problem. They endure this headwind well.

Love the space and the attention to our special requests. The phone was around the clock to answer our concerns. The bed was very soft as well, I fell asleep immediately.

I love the view it is near to almost everything. shopping center is just a few step away it iis also walking distance to the US embassy

I have been traveling to Manila twice a year for the last 19 years, and this is by far the best accomodating I have stayed in. The entire staff to include the security are exceptional. I will make this my new place of rest when I travel here next year and into the future.

We spent 3 nights in Manila and this hotel was an excellent choice. The location is very good! There is a huge mall on the corner, and the area has great nightlife. Our apartment was at a higher floor, so we had an amazing view from the balcony. The room was well equipped and generally clean. The staff was kind and helpful. I recommend this place!
